A large amount of dust is generated wherever various bulk materials are loaded. Our loading bellows offer not only the possibility of reliable loading, but also that of optional aspiration to reduce dust generation to a minimum.

Zuther loading bellows impress with their small installation dimensions and their large stroke of up to four meters. Whereas, when retracted, they have an installation dimension of one meter or more.  Regardless of whether they are used for loading dump trailers or tank saddles, smooth operation is guaranteed with both variants.

As an option, the loading chute can also be equipped with a fill level indicator in the form of rotary blade detectors. The stepless raising of the loading chute in the event of product contact also enables additional reduction of dust generation.

Due to the sophisticated design, loading is possible with very low wear and is therefore suitable for various bulk materials. The bellows is available both electrically and manually. We also offer ATEX variants for use in closed buildings.
