The ZUTHER round pipe system offers countless installation options, making flexibility in pipe construction virtually unlimited. Thereby, the ZUTHER system can be easily integrated into any existing pipe construction by means of available adapter pieces.

Premium wear-resistant liner for long living pipe systems

In case of severe conditions – e.g. due to highly abrasive products – the service life of the pipe components can be extended by means of a wear-resistant liner. Zuther uses the special wear-resistant liner Kryptane®.

We also have the right solution for explosion-proof areas. Corresponding components can be supplied in ATEX design if required. We offer components designed for ZONE 22 (II3D) as standard.

A stable connection for plants

Especially with the 3 mm round pipe system it is very difficult to manufacture a clean clamping flange for fitting lengths without special tools. Consequently, with our system, the pipe is simply cut off and fitted with new flange rings. In addition to better strength, this system has proven itself many times over. We offer you a complete system consisting of pipes, segments, collision fittings, distributors, inspection fittings, and much more at interesting prices.

The Zuther round pipe system is compatible with many pipe systems with flanged butt joints thanks to a wide clamping ring in conjunction with a clamping ring adapter.
